Plaztuff™ is a hyspec polymer sheet that was developed in New Zealand by Enviroplaz International, Ltd. Plaztuff™ was developed to replace steel, stainless steel, aluminum in fiberglass in many applications across a wide range of industries.
It can be put to use in mechanical, chemical, and electrical applications, and It can handle a wide range of chemicals and fuel oils.
has acquired the master license to produce Plaztuff™
branded products in the US. Our team is specially trained to engineer and fabricate with Plaztuff™ Hyspec Polymer sheets. Using CAD based software, CNC routing machines, and the latest in extrusion welding technology, we can produce a wide range of products.
Plaztuff™ sheets are engineered to be:
Lightweight: Plaztuff™ is 7 times lighter than steel, 2 1/2 times lighter than aluminum, and 3 times lighter than fiberglass.
Inert - It will not leech harmful chemicals into the environment. It also will not rust, rot, or corrode. It is not subject to osmosis or electrolysis.
FDA Food Grade - It is suitable for the transport of potable water and a large range of applications in the food industry.
Fully weldable - It can be worked in the same manner as steel, as well as being amendable to woodworking tools.
UV treated - It can be colored to the customer's specifications, does not require painting, and will hold its color for at least 30 years.
It can be formulated to be:
flame retardant, antimicrobial, and high slip.
